Partial comeback to powerlifting

After becoming the national champion in November 2023, I took a break from competing and training to regain my mental health since I was feeling burned out from having no free time.

Estonian national champion

I achieved what I once thought was impossible. During the competition, I benched 181.5 kg, which earned me first place in the Juniors 120+ category and third overall among juniors. This crowned me the Estonian National Champion in Juniors 120+ and raw bench press record holder for the class.

First ever competition in powerlifting

The day that kickstarted my semi-professional journey in powerlifting. I achieved a 135 kg bench press.
